We try and answer every FAQ and give you all the information you need in order to make your experience with Malco Rent a Car as easy and pleasent as possible.
Bookings can be made the same day you want to pick up the car, but you may face availability problems. As no payments in advance are required (except for passenger vehicles, where €50.00 in advance are required) we recommend you to book as soon as you know the dates when you will need the vehicle.
Drivers must be at least 25 years old and not being beginner. Customers must show their original and in force passport / identity card and driving license (valid to drive in Spain) when picking up the vehicle.
If your driving license is in force and you can drive without any problems, you can book with us no matter how old you are.
When picking up the vehicle, customers must pay the amount of the rent plus a deposit that we keep until they drop off. For the passenger vans, customers must pay a deposit of €50.00 in advance to book the vehicle. Payments can be done with credit or debit card. The owner of the card must be present when paying for the vehicle. For some types of vehicles (ask us), customers can also pay cash. It is not compulsory that the person who pays for the rent and the person who drives the vehicle are the same person.
Yes, you do. Depending on the type of vehicle, customers must pay a €300.00 or a €400.00 deposit, which we will refund when dropping off, if everything is alright.
